SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our Terms

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed the same day, in some cases, and due to the volume of orders we will process your order in 1 to 2 business days. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.

The shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and rejected packages, unless the error was on our part.

We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages, but we can help you with the paperwork claim with the carrier.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • USA 
  • Mexico
  • Venezuela
  • Panama
  • Honduras
  • Colombia

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We are not responsible for delays in deliveries. Must contact the carrier for updates

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

The first thing you should do is contact the carrier; the faster you communicate with them, the more chances there are that the package can be located and recovered.

IF THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE RECOVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You will contact us to open a claim, once the affidavit is sent to you and you sign it, then we will proceed with the resending of the order.
